DO YOU OFFER ORIGINAL PARTS?
Answer: Yes, our official online shop sells only original parts. Original parts have been selected and certified by our quality control department and are installed on UAZ vehicles at the manufacturing plant. These parts have company marks and a unique manufacturer article. Protect you from sudden breakdowns, have a long service life, and guarantee full compliance with your vehicle’s design.
WHY YOUR PRICE SO LOW IN THE ONLINE SHOP?
Answer: People think original parts are always quite expensive. Compared to low-quality rip-offs, the cost of original equipment can seem high. But we're the one and only distributor of original UAZ parts in Russia, which means we can sell them to you at a competitive price.
CAN I INSTALL PURCHASED SPARE PARTS FROM AN AUTHORIZED DEALER?
Answer: Our online shop is the only official UAZ spare parts distributor in Russia. We offer only original parts that are perfectly designed for your vehicle and do not require any additional fitting procedures.
PARTS PURCHASED FROM YOU SHOP VIOLATING THE WARRANTY ON MY VEHICLE?
Answer: No, your warranty will not be affected. We sell only original UAZ products that distributors supply both to our online shop and every UAZ dealer for warranty repairs.
I CANNOT FIND THE RIGHT PART FOR MY VEHICLE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Answer: You can search for a part by its article number or VIN. However, if you are still unable to find the right part , please contact our service advisor. He or she will help you to find the right spare part and provide you with current pricing, availability and turnaround time.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Answer: Orders are typically shipped FedEx, UPS, and USPS. We try to ship all orders in the first 48 hours depending on stock levels but typically we state 5 business days for start shipping.
CAN YOU SHIP TO AN INTERNATIONAL ADDRESS?
Answer: We deliver anywhere in the world.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Answer: You can find the tracking number for your order by doing the following: Login to your parts.uaz.ru/en account by clicking the 'Sign In' link from the menu navigation. Click 'Order History'. Tracking numbers are only available for orders with the status 'Complete'.

WILL I GET RECEIPT WITH MY ORDER?
Answer: No. Please print your order confirmation as your receipt. A packing slip will be included with your order.
I DIDN’T RECEIVE AN ORDER NUMBER AFTER PLACING MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Answer: You can view your order history by doing the following: Login to your parts.uaz.ru/en account by clicking the 'Sign In' link from the menu navigation. Click the 'Order History' link. A list of your orders that are currently processing as well as past-completed orders will appear. Click on an order number to view additional details about that order. If you are still unable to retrieve your order number, please use feedback form or send e-mail to parts@uaz.ru and one of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you shortly. Note: If you have a SPAM blocker setting in your email account, please add our email address parts@uaz.ru to your accepting rule. If you do not add our email address, you will not receive important notifications regarding your order or replies to customer service email inquiries.
HOW DO I VIEW THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Answer: You can view the status of your order by doing the following: Login to your parts.uaz.ru/en account by clicking the 'Sign In' link from the menu navigation. Click the 'Order History' link. A list of your orders will appear along with their current status. Click on an order number to view additional details about that order or to get the tracking number for a shipped order.

I SENT A MESSAGE TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO NONE HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME. WHAT DO I DO?
Answer: Chances are the email you sent was from a different address then what was used to create your account and order(s). If received under a different email address, the system will not recognize you and we cannot respond. Please make sure you correspond only with the email address used to create your account and order(s). If this is not the case and you have not received a response to your email inquiries, please send us another email using our contact us form. ARE ALL THE PARTS YOU SELL GENIUNE OEM PARTS?
Answer: Yes, parts.uaz.ru/en only carries genuine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts direct from the Manufacturer.
Returns FAQs
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Answer: Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Returns will not be accepted on any items that have been used, modified, installed, painted, or damaged. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping arrangements. All return parts must be in the original packaging and you must include a copy of your invoice. If your order did NOT include the VIN on a car, make, model specific parts (Universal and apparel items require no VIN), there will be no returns or exchanges on the parts ordered! There are no returns on airbags, electrical, fuel, high performance parts, racing parts, previously installed, or special ordered parts, because we cannot restock them. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returns if we concluded the order was your error, but still a returnable item. If the error is ours, we will cover shipping expenses and re-send the item to you. If the order error is yours, charges for shipping and handling are not refundable.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR PLACING A RETURN?
Answer: To process a return: Customer can ship the item back to us. Please do not write anything on the box as it becomes non-returnable to our manufacturers. Please include the original packing slip. The address to ship the return to can be found on the Packing Slip that was included in your package and/or on the outside of box on the shipping label. If you do not see this, please fill out the contact form. For your protection, we recommend that you use an insured and traceable delivery method. A credit will be issued when we have received the parts and verified that its condition is acceptable and meets the other requirements listed above. Items can be returned only if the integrity and clean condition of the goods and the package is well preserved, and subject to availability of the proof of purchase.
Goods of poor quality can also be returned if the installation procedure was performed by an entity with proper qualification as confirmed by a relevant certificate. In such case, when returning spare parts, it is also necessary to provide, inter alia, the documents certifying the entity's qualification, a work order for installation of the spare parts onto the vehicle, a report on the discovered defect, and a document certifying payment for the work performed.
